On the occasion of ICCBR'99, a special issue of the international journal Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence is planned for December 1999, to be dedicated to CBR techniques applied to engineering domains. The special issue intends to include extended and reworked versions of conference papers related to engineering applications.
